My standard rate is $200 per 50-minute session.
I also offer a limited number of sliding scale spots to keep therapy accessible. If cost is a barrier, don’t hesitate to reach out—we can talk through your options. -
I primarily work with womxn (especially BIPOC, neurodivergent, and high-achieving womxn) who are ready to stop people-pleasing and start reconnecting with themselves.

Therapy is clinical, rooted in diagnosis and mental health treatment, and is limited to clients in Wisconsin.
Coaching is more future-focused, flexible, and open to clients nationwide. It’s ideal if you’re looking to deepen self-trust, set boundaries, or move through a life transition with accountability—not clinical support. -
Sessions are currently virtual only. Therapy is only available to clients located in Wisconsin. Coaching is available for clients regardless of location.

I require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations.
Late cancellations or no-shows may be charged the full session fee. -

My practice is explicitly affirming of queer, trans, and neurodivergent individuals—and rooted in anti-oppressive, justice-informed care. You deserve to show up fully, without shrinking any part of who you are. -
Yes! I offer interactive, identity-informed workshops on boundaries, burnout, rest, and healing in community—especially for BIPOC and neurodivergent audiences.

Yes! If you're outside of Wisconsin, I offer 1:1 coaching, consulting, and creative tools that support healing and growth.
Therapy, however, is only available to Wisconsin residents at this time.
