Clinical Services

Therapy isn’t just for crisis—it’s for growth, healing, and finding your way back to yourself. I work with women, neurodivergent folks, and first-gens who are tired of just “getting by” and ready to feel seen, grounded, and supported.

Below, you’ll find more info about the services I offer and how we can work together. Let’s find what fits.

Individual Therapy

Who It’s For:
I work with adults (18+) navigating:

  • Relationship and boundary challenges

  • ADHD

  • Anxiety

  • Burnout, people-pleasing, and chronic overwhelm

  • Trauma (especially racial, developmental, or relational)

  • Identity shifts and big life transitions

  • The weight of being “the strong one” for everyone else

I currently only offer virtual therapy to folks across Wisconsin

What to Expect:
Our work will look different depending on what you need, but you can expect:

  • Weekly or biweekly 50-minute virtual sessions

  • Real talk mixed with reflection, coping skills, and softness

  • A space where your culture, complexity, and lived experience are honored

  • Laughter, accountability, and a genuine connection—not just “How does that make you feel?”

  • Tangible tools, resources, and support you can carry with you outside your sessions

Investing In Your Healing

  • This is the true cost of therapy. It reflects the time, energy, training, and behind-the-scenes work that goes into holding space with care and intention.

  • If you have the means to give more, this rate helps subsidize care for clients with limited access to resources. It’s one way to invest not just in your healing, but in someone else’s too.
(Thank you for being part of this collective care model.)

  • Reserved for clients facing financial hardships. A limited number of spots are available. Rates are discussed during our consult and based on financial need.

This model is rooted in trust, transparency, and the belief that community care includes the healer too. If you’re unsure where you fit, we’ll figure it out together.

Therapy should be accessible, intentional, and sustainable.

I believe everyone deserves quality care—and that includes both my clients and myself. I believe healing is a right—not a luxury. But I also know that being a therapist, especially one doing deep emotional labor for marginalized communities, has to be sustainable for me too. My tiered pricing model reflects this balance, making therapy more accessible while honoring the emotional labor and energy this work requires.

Insurance & Reimbursement

I don’t work directly with insurance—but that doesn’t mean you’re on your own.
I believe in making therapy as accessible and transparent as possible without the red tape. That’s why I’ve partnered with two tools that empower you to use your out-of-network benefits with ease—no calls, no confusion, and no stress on your end (or mine).

  • If you have a PPO plan and can pay upfront, Mentaya helps you submit claims to your insurance for reimbursement. No paperwork, no confusion—just support.

    ✅ Use your out-of-network benefits
✅ Submit claims without paperwork stress
✅ Get reimbursed directly from your insurance provide

You’ll receive your superbill automatically each month through my client portal.

  • If paying in full isn’t accessible right now, Thrizer lets you only pay what your insurance would’ve charged if I were in-network. They cover the rest and bill your insurance for you.

    ✅ Pay your co-insurance or in-network rate
    ✅ Thrizer handles insurance
✅ I still get paid in full—you get access

I’ll help you set it up after our consultation—no pressure, no tech stress.

  • If you are already working with your insurance company, I can provide you with a superbill—a detailed receipt you can submit for potential reimbursement.
Most clients receive 50–80% back, depending on their plan.

  • We’ll talk through both options during your consultation or intake so you can choose what fits your needs and budget best. My goal is to make therapy approachable, flexible, and as accessible as possible.
